Job Description
Aptitue Migration is an Australian Company that is looking for professional skilled Accountant for our Lahore Office.
Candidates must have exceptional accounting knowledge and skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
Job Task:
1. Supervising all accounting and financial matters of the Business.
2. Post and process journal enteries to ensure all business transaction are recorded.
3. Update Accounts receivable and issue Invoices.
4. Assist with reviewing of expenses , payroll record etc. as assigned.
5. Monitor Banking activities of the organisation
6. Prepare monthly bank reconcilation statement.
7. Filling of Taxation and attending other compliance related issues.
8. Preparation of Profit & Loss Account and other Report as required by management.
9. Preparation of Monthly/yearly closing.
10. Quick Learner as company uses XERO accounting software (online) that requires quick learning.
11. Prepare payroll for staff on fortnightly and monthly basis.
