- As an online Customer Service and sales advisor, you'll engage with customers via messages, emails and phone calls.
- Responsible for Sale increase, Seller accounts performance and manage online listings.
- Responsible for resolving customer queries and assisting them how to use the product.
- Professional behaviour at all time with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Punctuality is essential and high level of English language command in Listening, speaking and writing.
- Good command in computing and MS Office especially Excel sheet.
