Cridio Studio immediately requires to fill 1 opening for Associate Manager HR role to manage the HR operations of its pakistan based office and Offshore emplyees.
Requirements:
A suitable candidate for this role would be:
- Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM or relevant field.
- Possessing excellent English and Urdu communication skills.
- Willing to work from 10 AM to 7 PM shift timing from Mondays to Fridays.
- Having track record of working in the HR teams of medium to large sized organizations preferrably within IT or related industry.
- Having 2-4 years' experience in the following:
Developing HR Strategies
Developing & Implementing HR Policies & Procedures
Bridging the gap between the top management and the employees.
Strengthening employee relations by addressing their demands, grievances or other concerns.
Employees' Engagement and Retention
Initiating & Monitoring Training programs
HR Analytics and Reporting
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
