CabCall Experts (CCE) is a company which has affiliation with UK based Taxi Companies and is based in Rawalpindi. We are now hiring experienced Inbound Customer Service Executives (CSEs) and Customer Service Representatives to work on a full-time basis.
(Job Description)
An Agent's work will be based on the following points;
- Answering inbound calls.
Booking over the phone, email or online and input data accurately into the software provided by the clients.
Responding to emails and live chat inquiries as required.
Dispatch and distribute jobs in time and according to the company's procedure.
Liaise with clients, colleagues & drivers, and always working for the best interest of the company.
Providing a price quotation to the customers and responding to their queries.
(Agent's shifts will range from 08-10 hours a day; with overtime also available.)
Agents will be trained for a minimum of 03 days. The training session could be extended subject to Trainer feedback and evaluation.
Salary: Rs35,000 to Rs50,000 /month
Job Specification
(Required Skills)
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills required. (Preferably British English).
- A minimum of 02 years Call Center experience.
- Agents having previous experience in Taxi Cab Campaigns will be preferred.
- Familiar with Taxi booking softwares. (Preferably iCabbi)
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solving approach.
- Knows Taxi dispatching.
- Shift timings are rotating and you are expected to work on a ROTA.
