CNC Milling Programmer

• Read technical drawings and set up the machines in accordance with these blueprints.
• Work with geometric dimensions and tolerances to plan machining activities.
• Operate machine if any urgent requirement.
• Use software to generate cutting paths and excute on machine according to given schedule .
• Follow up inspection activity to ensure products meet design specifications.
• Adjust machine cutting path, Feed & Speed or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality.
• Consider tools required to cut particular materials and program machines accordingly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise.
• Check machine to make sure the positioning of drills, mills, and job setup stays perfectly aligned.
• Evaluate designs and coordinate with design team to ensure reduction in manufacturer cost and time and utilize all raw materials for various applications and oversee all process validation functions.
• Monitor CNC programs and ensure accuracy of all instructions through comparison with original blueprints and design program network to increase efficiency of all programs.
• Prepare and verify all technical documents for CNC programs on daily basis.
• Design new processes to reduce time for CNC programs and resolve issues in same and provide training to all operators to develop new CNC programs and equipment’s.
• Work on weekends and overtime if required.

• Associate or bachelor of Engineer.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing envoirment.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity and skill with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems that arise.
• Ability to work independently and closely follow directions is essential.
• Should have a positive and professional attitude.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints to determine programming parameters.
• Performing machine adjustment calculations.
• Adjusting and setting drills, mills, and lathes to ensure 100 percent accuracy.
• Using knowledge of safety standards to avoid workplace accidents.
