• Should be able to gain insights in to the working knowledge of Wordsmith, as well as how it will be impacting the client’s prospects
• Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of Wordsmith and for one of its clients as an employee of Wordsmith
• Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of Wordsmith business activities and that of its client
• Develop and foster relationships for Wordsmith and its client
• Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between Wordsmith and its client
• Deal and manage potential customers of Wordsmith’s client and create opportunities to increase sales for the same
• Look over and managing the marketing prospects for Wordsmith including mainstream and across social media platform
• Compile reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about an important issue for the business
• Should be proactive in solving conflicts and address issues that could occur between Wordsmith and its client
• Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary
• Act as a positive representation for Wordsmith

• Bachelor’s degree is required with preference over specialization in business administration
• 1+ years of experience in a related role
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems
• Capability to negotiate with and influence others
• Analytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reports
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
