Job Description
- Calls to customers to convert the free membership into a paid membership
- Prepare the pitch and presentations for customers
- provide full details of services and psychologically convinced the customer
- Identifying customer needs effectively keeping our company’s image
- Assist in the analysis of customer trends to enhance the service management process
- Applying a variety of communication channels including text messages, email, and telemarketing to increase our customer base
- Providing support in conceptualizing and managing a diverse range of customer retention campaigns and initiatives. This includes idea generation and assessment, preparing and presenting proposals, overseeing the creative and production processes and advocating successful implementation.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and expenditure forecasts.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a customer-focused attitude toward activities that strongly contribute toward improving customer lifetime value
- Keeping customers informed on regular updates on Shaadeeeghar.com
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly target
Preferably support in developing web contents and applications, as and when needed

Job Specification
- BBA with a major in marketing (from accredited universities only) with minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing or fresh MBA (from accredited universities only) with major in Marketing required
- Good IT and web developing skills. Familiarity with web technology and comfortable with the Internet is essential
- Effective verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in ENGLISH is a MUST
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and organized
- Prioritizes workload and meets deadlines for a variety of marketing deliverables
- Pleasant personality
