Brinks Technologies is hiring candidates for the post of Call Center Representative Fresh or Experienced for a US-based Campaign.

Job Responsibilities will include:

• Managing outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

Applicants should preferably have previous telesales experience in a call center.
