A Sales Agent must be a fluent communicator with a prior background in sales already. He/She must be a fast learner, who can understand our literature with little or no help. It is the job of the sales agent to ensure that daily sales targets are being met, and any sales queries(outbound/inbound) are catered to the utmost perfection.
Timing : Night Shift.
Selling our web products to clients in the United States.
Must be familiar with all products and processes involved.
Hit up at least 70-80 targets each day .
To be accountable for reporting all interactions.
To be accountable for reporting all orders that are pending commissions.
To come up with processes/ideas to automate sales processes.
Must be able to tackle escalations and support related queries.
Must be able to type/talk at the same time with no hindrance.
Soft Skills: Fluent communication skills, a partial understanding of human psyche, fast learner.
TechnicalRequirements : must be familiar with crms and chat tools. Should also be able to use microsoft excel for reporting purposes.
