Candidates will be required to:

• Fluent English and Urdu language proficiency both spoken and written is required.
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills, needed to interact with International Students / Immigration Clients at all levels.
• The incumbent of this role should be comfortable speaking with new clients over the phone and introducing them to the Immigration / Study services.

• The Consultant must oversee all aspects of the Admissions of students in overseas universities, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.

• Must ensure that all of the information provided by the student is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all thedocuments.

• Must take full responsibility of all admission issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
• Headling and identification of prospective clients through different channels like email and online Queries.
• Respond to all quries raised by clients/department during the case processing and give follow-up where necessary.
• Should be able to maintain strict confidentiality relating to all company / client matters.
