Responsibilities: -

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• PostgreSQL
• Handling complex technical issues related to mobile app development & provide solutions to co-workers
• Perform full QA testing and debugging
• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Identify and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with (outside) data sources and APIs

Skills: -

• Expertise in designing flow and architecting mobile applications
• Should have worked on both phone and tablet applications
• Excellent knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL and Firebase
• Understand the current systems through provided code and other abstractions
• Be able to write state-of-the-art applications ranging from complex UIs to challenging middleware and backend components
• Be able to quickly understand any domain-specific artifact, ask good questions for further understanding and then come up with intuitive ideas about solving the problem. Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be good at and appreciative of Research and Development in the problem domain as well as the Technology. Stay updated with new tools, technologies
• Ability to consistently produce high quality work and meet tight deadlines to complete assignments on time
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize
• Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-device compatibility, general mobile development standards
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented programming
