1. Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures.
2. Selected candidates will have to perform tasks as appeared on the company CRM.
3. Selected candidates will have to assist foreign clients with whatever task they assign.
4. The candidates will have to report to the higher authority about how they are performing the task assigned to them.
5. They will have to produce updates of the tasks daily.
6. Handle issue resolution to ensure that department and customer needs are met

1. Ability to understand information presented orally and in writing.
2. Candidates must be willing to work in a 24x7 environment.
3. Willing to work on shifting schedules
4. Candidates must have solid skills in basic software like MS Word, Excel.
5. Must possess typing skills of 200 CPM at 100% accuracy.
6. Ability to collaborate with other members of the team.
