HomeChef is currently looking for a Product Coordinator who will play a key role in the Product team.This is a full-time role with diverse growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist product managers with product roadmaps, go-to-market plans, competitive assessments and strategy.

Identify problems with software functions and features, conduct functionality and features testing, and document software bugs and defects.

Produce documentation required for new products, including but not limited to training materials, overlays, and quick reference cards.

Maintain and support various internal and 3rd party boarding portals

Delegate work to team members, track progress and provide constructive feedback.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Balance multiple planned and unplanned requests and consistently meet deadlines

Ability to develop rapport with internal and external customers to maintain strong working relationships

Manages time effectively and prioritizes completing tasks to meet deadlines

Is excited and energized by innovations in technology

Analyzes complex information, makes sound recommendations and rapidly learns new skills

Solves problems by gathering information and evaluating options.

Must have strong information organisation skills.

Strong verbal and written English is mandatory

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
