The role of Customer Services Representatives (CSR) involves building and maintaining our marketing prospect database.
The Customer Services Representatives (CSR) is to aid in the execution of marketing campaigns by generating key contacts for products specific lists.
The role involves obtaining and expanding contact details for potential clients and verifying contact information of existing clients.
CSR are required to work closely with the Marketing and Sale Teams to deliver product specific research.
Your duties include are:
- Conduct name and job title research of executives in major companies across Uk, Europe and USA gathering relevant information from the Phone, internet, publications, relevant market data.
- In this role you canβt be afraid of answering or picking up the phone and spending 2/2.5 hours on the phone each day.
- Conduct fact finding telephone calls to prospective companies, and potential sources in the market to identify key personnel
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all information in and placed onto the company database
- Liaise closely with the Sales, Marketing and Production teams to ensure timely submission of data at the right quality
- Present and record information in a timely and organized way
- Maintain and update records on the database
- Attend topic briefings from Managers on research requirements
- Prior experience in Database research/Data Entry/Call Center experience will be highly regarded.
