Site Build Supervisor

- To supervise civil works according to Project Plan
- To manage budget allocated to it by the department manager
- Reports and accountable to the Construction Build Manager
- Supervises all civil works.
- Ensure the construction standards.
- Monitors and ensures compliance of quality control, health and safety standards on site
- Shall ensure that all subordinate departmental staff adheres, at all times, to predetermined processes and best practices.
- Coordinate with subcontractor for effective work.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time and to work extended hours if required

- Should be able to take own initiation when challenged
- Able to circumvent challenges and deliver within required timescale.

- Ability to produce timely results with minimum supervision
- Ability to work under pressure with appreciable accuracy
- A team player
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
