We @ Ninja Softs looking an experienced assistant for following tasks;

• WHMCS (Registrations, Renewals, data updation & regarding)
• Plesk & Cpanel tasks (Manually activation & suspension of subscriptions and related)
• Online Support Replies (Via WhatsApp, Emails, FB and Phone calls)
• Send Occasional Emails & Make Calls for Marketing purposes (Offering discounts, announcements, package, etc)
• Support for Software Features and how to use it for new clients.

This job is REMOTE right now, however, the applicant should be available to work in our Islamabad &/or Kharian office if & when needed.
Preference will be given to those who can give their availability for our office.

• The person who has knowledge about server configuration & maintenance will be preferable.
• Looking for an assistant who should have good command over WHMCS, Plesk, & cPanel.
• Fresh applicants are also welcome, but in case of hiring, she will have an internet status with a contract of jthe ob after training.
