Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
At least Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field from a reputed university

2+ years working in a fast-paced, high-growth company producing videos and graphic design in support of marketing goals
A relevant portfolio of performance-driving video and graphic design, preferably including previous work
Technical skills to execute at all stages of a video or static project, including storyboarding, shooting, editing, basic animation, and motion design
Experience with text graphics and motion design
Experience in editing/creating digital content for social and platforms
(Youtube, etc.)
An eye for detail and proven ability to independently manage projects in an extremely fast-paced environment
High level of video best practices across core social channels and youtube
Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
Digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
Design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces
