A leading Software company is looking for SQA and Support Engineer who has minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Software Testing having strong understanding of SDLC and QA life cycle using different tools and processes. Familiar with Microsoft Platform and working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies. A certain degree of creativity, multitasking and attention to details is required.
The candidate must have the following skills:
- Thorough understanding of Software Testing Process
- Develop Test Plan, Use Case and other QA/Technical documents
- Develop, published and implement Test Plans
- Writes and maintain Test Automation
- Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts
- Perform Black Box, Stress and Performance Testing
- Sound knowledge of Penetration Testing
- Knowledge of Web Application development, HTML, Form validations
- Knowledge of Functional Requirements & Change Management Process
- Document, Test, Analyze and improve product performance during software development
- Execute test cases to examine product functionality, content and user friendliness
- Ensure the resolution of Reported bugs
- Work closely with development team
- Must be able to talk to customers on support and other issues
- Liaising with customer & team to check the progress of projects
- Having good analytical, problem solving and communication skills
