Experience:

1. Carrying out management of all rigging activities while on site, installation antenna, RRU, CPRI and all other associated equipment in a quality manner.
2. Installation of all antennas to the correct bearings/tilts and alignment in accordance with the Site Section Form (SSF).
3. Installation of dish (0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2 and 1.8) with experience of link alignment and fine-tuning.
4. Experience of link alignment.
5. Should know the PM tasks under different circumstances.
6. Should know about PPPs and safety measures of tower climbing.

Qualification: At least Matric.
