12. Develop engaging content for our website and blogs
13. Develop and manage marketing budget
14. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns
15. Track conversion rates and improve website traffic

Requirements:

• BBA/MBA/MS in marketing degree or BSCS
• Advanced qualification in Social Media Management related disciplines will be an added advantage
• 3-5 year experience in social media marketing
• Potential and attitude to learn new developments
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and others)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• Good sense of aesthetics
