Job Description
- Ensure delivery of Excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of order, communication and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries.
- First point of customer for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling and alignment of vehicles
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customer.
- Builds and maintain business relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
- Contribute to maintain strength relationships with vendors
- Track and trace cargo as required
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Understand department Process flow, constantly looking for area's of improved efficiency
- Efficient interpersonal skills, including a proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
- Understanding of transportation documentation and terms is a plus
Job Specification
- Candidate with knowledge of Karachi city will given preference
- Good computer skills (Excel, word, PowerPoint).
