Job Description

Ninja Softs is leading IT solutions provider offering management systems for different businesses , website devevlopment for brands and digital marketing. Currently we are looking for "Sales Managers" having experieng or familiar with IT backgorund to join our team, to identify prospects & leads, generate sales, pitch our products & services to new clients, grow corporate relations and bring new business for company.
Candidates with excellent communication/interaction skills would be preferred. This position has a great potential for growth and incentive bonuses on covering target sales. Candidates with / familiar to IT background will only be considered!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and develop relationships based on business buying behaviour.
  • Identify the decision-makers within the targeted area to begin the sales process.
  • Conducting research on existing websites and brands to identify the improvements.
  • Approach 2 - 3 prospects (average) daily to make sales.
  • Converting leads into sales and permanent clients.
  • Collaborate with teams to fulfill the jobs (orders) on time.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service. Needs Strong Closing skills.
  • Fulfilling monthly targets as given by management
