Job Description

We are Looking to hire full-time HR Manager for an internship leading to permanent job. Excellent pay and challenging work in a good team environment. This is for Lahore Office and last semester students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Minimum qualifications:

BS/BBA degree in Human Resource or Administrative, a similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience of 0-6 Months.

Job Description:

To advertise, screen, shortlist and evaluate candidates initially on their skills, attitude and interest towards our organizations.

Conduct follow-ups on selection with relevant functions to ensure efficient execution of the selection process and conduct interviews.

Represent company in recruitment events such as job fairs, on campus recruitment sessions, company orientation sessions, etc.

Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.

Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.

Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.

Respond to incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails from the candidates.

Assist in handling of human resources activities, including payroll and personnel databases.

Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of office supplier and answer queries from office staff.

Ensure all funds checks, and eligibility checks are done in an accurate and timely manner, adhering strictly to established policies and procedure.

Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

Requirements: -

Proven experience as administration & human resource.

In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.

Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.

Proficient in MS Office.

An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

A team player with leadership skills.
