Job Description

Abacus Consulting is looking for energetic and self-motivated Customer Support Executives, who possess strong English communication skills and can work in accordance with the company's values and deliver exceptional customer services.

Job Description

  • Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Job Specification


  • The applicants must possess exceptional writing skills and fluency in spoken English
  • The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Experience in international customer support/call centre is a plus
  • Candidates with O/A Level educational background or Graduates with majors in business will be preferred
