Job Description
We are looking for professional Real Estate Brokers for Bahria Town, Lahore Office - (Off-Plan, Commercial and Secondary Market specialists)
• Maintain regular contact with Developers, landlords, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
• Attend property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
• Keep up to date with Lahore Real Estate market, property laws, competitors and marketing activities
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ability to achieve Sales/Leasing targets set by the company
• Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
• Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
• Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and property concerns
Job Specification
• Excellent / Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Available to join as soon as possible
• Basis Salary and Weekly/Monthly traiings.
