We are looking for a proactive and energetic individual to join our team as an I.T Support Officer.

• Proven customer support experience is mandatory.
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively.
• Answers calls professionally and provide information about products and services.
• Responding to the customers queries within the given time frame
• Installing and configuring computer hardware. Windows Operating system and application.
• Responsible for any hardware / Software related issues.

• Minimum Education: Bachelors
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of application glitches and hardware issues
