Currently, we are looking for 'HR Executive',


The ideal candidate must be responsible for:

  • Work with company stakeholders to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
  • Maintain & update of all HR documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal forms, SOP, policies, and other HR-related documents in HRM Portal
  • Communicate with the hiring manager about the future job opening and gather requirements for those jobs
  • Arrange university recruitment drives timely to attract potential & hire fresh graduates from top tier universities
  • Pre-Screen potential candidates on the basis of their qualification, technical skills, cultural fit, and job requirements & arrange telephonic as well as in-person interviews
  • Give orientations to new employees and update their data in HRM Portal
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Take exit interviews of departing employees and ensure the completion of the offboarding process.
  • Work closely with managers & employees to resolve employees grievances
  • Actively arrange activities / Programs for Employee engagement
  • Work with designers & social media executives for employer branding

    Job Specification

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors in HR, Public Administration, Psychology & related field
    • Must have experience of 3-4 years in overall HR Functions i.e. Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & learning.
    • Should have a good understanding of the latest technology required to fill technical positions.
    • Must be familiar with the recruitment process and platforms for talent sourcing
    • Good interpersonal communication and decision making skills
