Job Description
We are looking for experienced individuals with great verbal communication skills, for our telemarketing campaigns. We offer competitive salary-packages along with lucrative incentives. The candidate must have a great command over English and should be comfortable in selling/making appointments over phone. The agent should have prior experience in Auto insurance , Health Insurance & Final expense campaigns. The ideal candidate should have the skill set to persuade, convince and convert not interested consumers to the interested ones. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate buyers.
Job Specification
Applicants with following skills would qualify:
Excellent communication skills (English)
Previous Call Center Experience (Preferred)
Must be able To handle calls outbound/Inbound (Sales)
Follow Script for all calls.
Understand nature of call and action according to relevant procedure.
Update correct information.
Confirm key details with caller before ending call
Close the sale.
Transfer calls to correct departments when required using appropriate transfer procedure
