We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales agent who will be responsible for selling property in DHA, Clifton. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market strategies & pitches. To be successful in this role, you will need to be in good standing with the Karachi Real Estate Market and have good experience with sales.
Real Estate Agent Responsibilities
Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
Present purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Promote properties with ads.
Hands on MS Office
Should be able to use Social Media Apps
Good communication and inter personal skills
