We are looking for a customer service executive (office Based), who will be monitoring and processing orders generated online. He will be ensuring that the orders are fulfilled on time within the given time frame and communicating with customers on each step.
Responsibilities
Dealing with customer queries including but not limited to product information, suggestions, feedback etc.
Making relevant CRM entries to update the relevant customer profiles.
Dealing with customer cases in a professional manner and using CRM to track cases with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.
Handling customers via Live Chats, Inbound Calls & Email Correspondence are the major tasks.
Needs to perform business requirements & trend analysis for client satisfaction & profitability.
Prioritize and organize own workloads and meet deadlines
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Requirement
Good Command over Spoken-English with having good American or British Accent
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Any sort of prior experience with any international Campaign will be plus.
