We are currently seeking highly detail oriented professionals for our Research Process Outsourcing and telemarketing division, We provide world-class offshore integrated services to financial services and communications industries including; telesales, appointment setting and lead generation services that supplement our clients' onshore sales and marketing efforts.
Job Specification
- Excellent fluency in spoken English along with an American or Neutral/Light accent
Excellent proficiency with internet surfing, web navigation and datamining - Ability to research, analyze and browse through various websites and make judgments - Possess computer literacy, basic Excel and keyboarding skills. - Ability to read, write and comprehend English is a MUST
- Strong Communication Skills and ability to conduct two-way dialog over the phone
- Must possess a flair for indoor sales, and ability to convince.
- Possess computer literacy and keyboarding skills.
- O' and A' Level students or Business majors preferred.
- BBA, BCS, MBA or others with 4-year college degree preferred. - Experience not required; however, preference will be given to applicants with prior BPO or internet research experience.
