Ø Provide outstanding customer service through both oral and written communication.
Ø Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Ø Prepare and process quotes, orders and samples requests.
Ø Communicate with customers and follow-up promptly with quotes, requests, orders and other tasks.
Ø Work with all stakeholders such as sales representative, administrative staff, production staff, suppliers and customers on orders and projects including pricing ,technical specifications and meeting deadlines.
Ø When appropriate, advise customers on best strategies to achieve their desired outcomes.
Ø Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Ø Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Ø Any other assignment given by team lead/management.
Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
