Job Description

Make call and Answer phones to respond, general customer inquiries and customer complaints.
Answer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Enter customer information.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Route calls to appropriate resource.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Specification

1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.

Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills. This is normally acquired.
