Call Center Position (Contract Basis)

- Meet and greet customers and other visitos and assist them in getting required customer service

- Answer telephone calls, solve queries, take messages or connect with relevant staff for query handling

- Support the team in daily administrative tasks

- Record and process information in the system

- Maintain files and other database of the department

- Do any other task assigned by the supervisor

- Telephone and Verbal communication Skills
