Job Description
Welcome Shipping Aids (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a well-spoken Female - Sales & Marketing Coordinator to be responsible for soliciting / generating sales by cold calling and answering queries / requests.
Responsibilities:
Extract data and initiate sales with potential customers over the phone.
Ask relevant questions to understand the customer's requirements.
Gather and document customer information and reactions.
Respond to requests for quotations that are received from new and existing customers in a timely and professional manner and to maintain agreed sales pipeline levels.
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information accurately.
Develop and maintain both new and existing client relationship.
Keeping up to date with industry development and trends.
Meeting sales quotas.
Other Information:
Age: 30 years max.
Location: Jinnah terminal 1
Preferred Residents: Shah Faisal Colony, Model Colony, Malir and Gulistan-e-Jauhr.
Job Specification
Candidate must have knowledge and experience about freight forwarding industry.
Must have knowledge about import and export procedure of goods.
Must know about all terms and documentation used.
Strong background and understanding in customer service principles.
Ability to engage customers in conversation.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
Proficient in English.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and phone skills.
Patience, persuasive, persistent, creative thinking skills.
