VoIP Engineer is a key member of our Telephony Team. This role is responsible for providing in-depth support for our clients , vendor and internal resources.

• Deploying & managing culstered network of ViciDial / Asterisk / Freeswitch for clients.
• Day to Day task e.g Creation of extensions, queues, voice mailboxes, IAX and SIP trunks for normal operations.
• Work with team to improve scripting and automation skills.
• Work with team & ISP to ensure service quality, redundancy of voice paths and service optimization.

Candidate must be very good in the following skills

• Good programming skills - Asterisk/Freeswitch Dial Plan
• Linux
• Vicidial
• Asterisk
• Freeswitch
• OpenSips
• SIP Troubleshooting
