Appedology is looking for a dynamic Team Manager for its call center operations in Night Shift. The resource should have a proven work experience of at least 5 years in call center /BPO and should possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Shift: Night (Monday to Friday)
Location: Karachi.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the team monthly targets and ensure target achievement on a regular basis.
Responsible for the fulfillment of KPIs. Also, deliver month targets to associates.
Managed the analysis and implementation of projects. Strategic analysis was undertaken and delivered to inform, manage, and drive stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Team Lead.
Experience in managing teams of more than 10 people.
Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Leadership and organizational skills with people management skills.
