Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Liaising with prospective property buyers and sellers, building rapport and fact finding, establishing how best we can meet their needs
Identifying new business sales opportunities to raise valuations
Pro actively nurturing clients until theyβre ready to come to market with NG BUILDERS
Promoting our brand and supporting existing and new customers, spotting any opportunity to support our customers further with their property selling/buying journey
Brand Ambassador; demonstrating a positive and professional attitude / behaviour with every customer interaction
Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements
Excellent telephony call handling skills including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing
Highly motivated with excellent work ethic
Strong selling and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to make personal connections with prospects
Good listening and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
