-This vacancy is designed for those candidates who have enough knowledge regarding CRM's (Customer relationship management).

A preferable candidate would be someone who has used the Vtiger CRM solutions.

-The duties thatr we expect from you guys to take care of:
1- Quick response rate ( Client is not supposed to wait more than 24 hours for the solution of query).
2- Every issue will be communicated in form of "Tickets" and "Tasks". ( There will be a time frame according to certain cases)

3- Clients may need to have remote session with one of our represntative. (It is obligatory for our represntative to adjust himself according to the client's availabity).

Traits that candidate need to posses.
1- Effective communication skills.
2- Effective decission making skills.
3- Knowledge regarding (Mysql,MariaDB,PHP)
4- Time efficient and productive for greater producitvity. (Effective Support and CRM solutions)
