Web & Graphic Designer

Collective is recruiting a part time designer to work on an hourly basis on behalf of a multinational with extensive global operations, and offering a highly competitive salary. The designer will be working on the design and frontend of a web application, website and mobile app. The designer will be working physically at our Bahria Town Phase 8 office.

The designer will be responsible for:

1. Study design briefs and translate them into workable items and implementing them into HTML, CSS for web applications
2. Convert graphic design into HTML and CSS, as per Bootstrap 4 standards
3. Fix and improve the Bootstrap frontend of web applications and website
4. Fix and improve HTML, CSS in web application and website
5. Conceptualise visuals
6. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
7. Design a range of materials including logos, layouts, marketing material, illustrations etc
8. Create and implement designs for website, web application and mobile app
9. Producing high quality UI/UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams
10. Design and develop new web pages for the web application and website

The ideal candidate should:

1. Have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or cumulative experience equal to a degree
2. 4+ years of design experience with an extensive portfolio of work
3. Mastery over web and graphic design software and methods
4. Must have a good grasp of HTML5/CSS3 and Bootstrap
5. Excellent graphic design skills and a strong understanding of composition, color, and typography
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively
7. Familiar with the current trends in the industry
