Business Development Officer

We are a city business icon looking for smart and energetic candidates, who will be responsible for selling residential and commercial ongoing projects for our real estate business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Organizing sales visits
• Demonstrating and presenting sales products
• Establishing a new business with investors
• Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors.
• Reviewing sales performance
• Negotiating contracts and packages
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 1-2 years' experience working in a business role.
• Good knowledge about real estate sectors.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with clients.
• Knowledge of the sales process.
• Great selling skills
• The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and research new markets as needed.
