YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:
Fluent English communication skills at every level of engagement.
Ability to plan, prioritise, work to deadlines, without supervision and on their own initiative.
High levels of drive and enthusiasm.
Attention to detail and high organisational skills (online ticketing system)
Good motivator and coordinator.
Good understanding of operations.
Learns quickly, able to develop a good knowledge of the organisation and its people.
Strong problem solving skills
Must be excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
Good interpersonal skills.
Forward-thinker and highly organised able to supervise the whole operation with multiple client accounts at the same time.
Able to analyse, evaluate and assess the validity and relevance of information in order to draw appropriate conclusions and make necessary recommendations.
The successful candidate will have significant administration experience preferably in the IT/Online sector. Emphasis is on being able to demonstrate first class admin skills and the aptitude to build and sustain relationships with all levels of the business.
