We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join us for a short two months contract
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategy for our new product launch. We are happy to hire an expert who would like Job share as we are in UK and if you can manage to give us reasonable hours after your current job we can accomodate that for the right candidate.
We can also consider Graduate from a top pakistani university with a degree in online marketing with the right skills to create marketing campaigns online both paid and unpaid.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for organizing and running marketing campaigns over social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube and TikTok).
Create content, including text posts, video, and images for use on social media on daily baisis. Therefore phtoshop skills would be extremely important along with animated video creation.
Generate, edit, publish and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
Promote products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with our organization’s brand and social media strategy
Define strategy for Press releases and pre-launch strategies
Schedule social media posts using applications such as Hootsuite and TweetDeck
Interact with customers and deal with customer’s inquiries, complaints, and feedback on social media platforms
Define Landing page strategies to capture customer emails for pre-launch
Manage a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
Keep track of data and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust accordingly
Approach influencers on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook for shoutouts both free and paid.
A strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to use effective storytelling techniques
Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimization
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent teamwork and networking skills.
Online community management and customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers
Strong communication and presentation skills
Photo and video editing experience
Ability to multitask, to work on a number of projects at once
Problem-solving skills
Incredible attention to detail
Knowledge of content management systems

PKR 20K per month, if launch is successful we will also give handsome bonus
