o Shipment booking date
o Description of Goods
o Packaging
o Weight
o Expected date of delivery
2. Logistic officer gets proper rates from the shipping or Air cargo companies for transportation of the shipment
3. Logistic officer will prepare comparative statement of freight and submit to the higher management for getting approval.
4. After getting approval from competent authority Logistic officer should co-ordinate with shipping company for timely picking up the shipment.
5. Logistic Officer will prepare and arrange all the required documents for shipping company.
6. Logistic officer will update all necessary information in system and take in loop all related officials of the company. 7. Logistic Officer must update the line Name and, Container # must be available in advance before container stuffing or Before IGM Cutoff at Origin”
8. Logistic Officer will inform to Canada Office for expected date of arrival the shipment in Canada.
