Answer incoming chats from new & existing customers.
Guide customers for the product & answer their queries.
Coordinate with other team members and departments for timely delivery of the order.
Resolve complaints and provide information efficiently.
Ensure that customer is satisfied & collect customer review
Note: Should be ready to work in rotational night shifts also.
(It's not a Call Center job)
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
* 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Services.
* Excellent communication skills, can respond to chats & emails proficiently.
* Proficiency in Ms Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
* Available to work in shift duties(Morning 08:00 AM, Evening 04:00 PM, Night 12:00 AM) on weekly rotational basis.
