Call Central 360 is hiring customer service representatives on an urgent basis for an inbound USA call campaign (NO SALES)
- Experienced and Fresher call center representative will be considered for this position.
- Gulshan-e- Iqbal and nearby area call center representative would be recommended.
Job timing: 01 AM to 10 AM With 1 Hour Break.
Basic Salary: - Experienced CSR- 25k + Incentive - Fresher CSR-20k + Incentive
1 .Minimum Qualification: Intermediate / O levels
2. Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems.
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
4. Should be a self-starter & a team player.
