Job Title: Sales Executive (Diamond Resellers)
Job Purpose:
Lamp Technologies is looking for personnel in Sales Executive(s) role for conducting outbound reach for our product sales, conversions and building customer relations.
You will be considered as the firm’s front liner and a product features expert. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in qualified leads and developing business.
Responsibilities
- Identifying targeted prospects that could be converted into qualified leads.
- Contacting prospective customers by both telephone, email & in-person to promote and sell company’s product(s) or service(s).
- Use product knowledge to showcase the company’s products, their features and benefits, solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
- Up selling additional products as need arises.
- Maintaining and updating database of customers with complete information and emails.
- Managing sales record by using company’s database, or other software along with tracking progress with new prospects.
- Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
- Be ready to respond and giving feedback to customer inquiries and resolve them on timely basis.
- Assisting and supporting sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs.
- Report sales performance and suggesting best solution to ensure productivity and maximizing revenues through online business.

- Hands on experience on using online applications, e-commerce sites.

- Proven experience of selling of products by through telephonic and in-person.
- Successfully achieved targets in timely manner.
