Vendor Manager

Tag Choice is Pakistan leading online marketplace dealing with all type of daily essentials. Tag Choice is looking for a Vendor Managers to manage sellers. The e-Commerce Vendor Manager onboard new sellers in the ecommerce website for products. You will also be responsible for the competitive pricing and overall promotion of a product category to maximize consumer demands.

Your Major goal is to ensure that our customers have a great experience finding relevant products must be in stock, accurately described with competitive price, and fulfilment of their orders by maintaining a relationship with sellers/vendors.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sellers/vendors for company and expand products data.
• Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
• Provide training to sellers’/vendors that how they can use portal, process their orders and manage products to increase their sales.

• Make contact with assigned sellers on daily basis through call or email and solve their issues like order related queries, fulfil orders, returns, payments etc.
• To better visibility determine the positioning of a product category.
• Communicate with marketing teams and sellers to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of assigned product categories.
• Experience of e-commerce platforms.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Implement and manage delivery options.
• Continuous focus with the internal team and sellers on driving conversion and revenue
• Looking after queries of the vendors. Seller performance includes vendor's order, their promotions and operational performance.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 2 Years of e Commerce experience in a retail environment
• Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office
• Analytical skills & thinking that can focus on insights
• Proven experience as vendor manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Able to meet tight timelines and strict deadlines
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Trustworthy with sensitive information
