Sales Coordinator

Ueat. Pk is a new startup food delivery service founded in 2019. We aim for connecting the customers to a varying range of favorite food restaurants and homemade food hubs across Pakistan.

We are looking for Sales Coordinator to join our sales department and share experience and skills to flourish our company.

Responsibilities:

· Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients

· Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

· Handle requests and queries appropriately

· Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments

· Take dictation and minutes

· Source office supplies

· Produce reports, presentations and briefs

· Make calls to our clients and to cross check documentations

· Call Clients for missing documents and agreements

· Cross check restaurants activation status and documentation

· Assist Sales Director for meetings and dealing with clients

· Attend meetings with sales director.

· keep record of sales team and their work

Qualifications/experience:

·Intermediate/ Bachelors in marketing

·6 month -1 year experience (Prior experience in related field will be preferred)
