Team 11 is an established Real Estate company. It hires a wide range of employees that specialize in telemarketing sales of projects– known as our Sales Executives. We have two departments for the employees – each providing different benefits.
One of the departments is established exclusively for females who are new to the system.
It is known as the ‘Tele-Sales Department’, where the female employees will be provided with a basic monthly salary. Moreover, they will be provided with fixed commission criteria for each sale.
The other department is known as the ‘Sales Executive Department’, this department has no compulsion. It comprises of the team of both male and female. Here, the incentives are different. The company has set a desirable commission percentage for each sale, which keeps the employees happier. The commission may increase depending on the fulfillment of your monthly targets
